Doyle Assurance Group does not handle payment collection. All payments are processed through secure agent portals provided by the carriers.

15. Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined by the terms set forth by your insurance carrier, not Doyle Assurance Group.

16. Amendments

Amendments to this Agreement can only be made in accordance with the terms of service outlined by the insurance carrier.

17. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement as outlined in individual service contracts.

18. Liability Insurance

Doyle Assurance Group maintains appropriate liability insurance to cover the services we provide.

19. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information confidential.

20. Intellectual Property Ownership

Any intellectual property created during the service provision will be owned as outlined in the individual service contracts.

21. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States, specifically in Collin County. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County.
